The client was a 15 yr old girl. She had been brought in for possible central auditory processing disorder. During the case history, the mother stated that the girl had frequent ear infections since childhood. Otoscopy was performed and revealed some wax in the ears. Tymps were normal. ART was performed, but I did not see the results chart, I think they were normal. Pure tone air conduction testing revealed thresholds within normal limits bilaterally. I did not get to see the CAPD testing because it did not start until after my observation session was over.
